Plan the electrical configuration, manufacturing scope and site delivery together. Transformer Traders sources new-build pad-mounted transformers for distribution, data center and industrial requirements, with the manufacturer and schedule confirmed for each order.
Send the required kVA, primary and secondary voltages, quantity and destination. Include the project specification so we can review the details that affect fit, quotation and production.
Specify winding connections, phase, frequency, impedance, tap requirements, insulation levels and any utility or project requirements.
Identify dead-front or live-front construction, radial or loop-feed arrangement, cable entry, terminal configuration, protection and required accessories.
Share pad dimensions, cable layout, access restrictions and the receiving plan. Confirm enclosure and connection drawings with the responsible engineering team before manufacturing release.

Confirm the approved design, factory testing scope, accessories, shipping release and receiving responsibilities as separate milestones. For staged orders, identify the priority units and the date each batch is needed on site.
The photographs illustrate equipment presentation. Unit ratings, availability, manufacturer and included scope are established in the quotation.
Review new-build build and delivery timesTransformer Traders has exclusive access and supply rights through relationships with Eaton, GE Vernova, and other reputable transformer manufacturers. We use that access to source new-build equipment against your technical requirements and delivery schedule.
The applicable manufacturer, product configuration, production allocation, and commercial terms are confirmed for each project.

Capacity and voltage are different. A 10 MVA rating describes capacity; the primary and secondary kV values define the voltage requirement.
Transformer Traders provides average build and delivery times of 10 weeks for 500–7,500 kVA transformers, 16–18 weeks for 10–50 MVA medium-voltage transformers, and less than six months for new-build high-voltage transformers. Average build and delivery times are subject to specification, production-slot availability, drawing approvals, and delivery location. The quotation confirms the schedule start date, delivery milestone, manufacturer, and included scope.
No. kVA and MVA describe transformer capacity; 1 MVA equals 1,000 kVA. Voltage is specified separately in volts or kV. Provide both primary and secondary voltages with the required capacity so we can review the correct design.

The project quotation defines the starting milestone and the delivery milestone. Drawing approval, commercial release, production allocation, and shipment requirements are reviewed before a firm commitment is made. The published averages should not be treated as an automatic countdown from the first inquiry.
Transformer Traders can coordinate factory shipment, international freight and customs where applicable, inland transportation, offloading, placement, and installation support. The quotation specifies which services are included. Site delivery and readiness for energization are separate milestones.
Send kVA or MVA capacity, primary and secondary voltages, phase and frequency, quantity, application, destination, required delivery date, and the available specification or drawings.
